Dr. Kimberly Robinson
Dr. Kimberly Robinson is a nationally recognized aerospace leader, engineer, and speaker whose career has shaped the future of America’s space exploration. As former CEO and Executive Director of the U.S. Space & Rocket Center home of the world-famous Space Camp she led a remarkable transformation following the COVID-19 crisis, restoring financial stability, rebuilding operations, and driving record-breaking revenue growth. Before joining the Rocket Center, Dr. Robinson spent more than three decades at NASA, serving in key leadership roles including Utilization Manager for Advanced Exploration Systems at NASA Headquarters, Payload Mission Manager for Artemis I, and SLS Strategic Communications Manager. She also played a pivotal role in the development and launch of the Ares I-X rocket recognized by Time magazine as the “Science Invention of the Year.”
A passionate advocate for women and underrepresented groups in STEM, she serves as a global voice for empowerment through the U.S. State Department. Dr. Robinson’s career has been defined by her commitment to innovation, collaboration, and inspiration as she has worked to advance NASA’s Moon-to-Mars goals, helped shape new exploration architectures, and built partnerships that unite government, industry, and education.
