Responsible Governance for Mission-Critical Operations

Orbit Beyond integrates ethical governance, compliance, and supplier accountability into every phase of mission design, development, and delivery in alignment with U.S. government expectations, including NASA and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.

Our Governance Framework

At Orbit Beyond Inc., responsible governance is fundamental to mission assurance, contract performance, and long-term national and commercial space objectives. Our governance posture supports federal contracting norms, including transparency, accountability, and ethical stewardship of public and private resources.

Our policies are grounded in our Guide to Business Conduct, which establishes expectations for lawful, ethical, and mission-resilient behavior across engineering, procurement, partnerships, and operations.

  • Procurement integrity and documentation discipline consistent with customer expectations
  • Risk-informed decision-making supporting mission safety, reliability, and program execution
  • Ethical stewardship of government and investor capital

Ethics, Compliance & Anti-Corruption

Orbit Beyond is committed to preventing unethical business conduct and corruption across its enterprise and supply chain. We do not tolerate bribery, improper influence, conflicts of interest, or unethical conduct in any dealings with suppliers, partners, customers, or government entities.

Our approach is aligned with U.S. federal contracting expectations (including principles consistent with FAR/DFARS environments) by emphasizing transparent records, appropriate controls, and accountability across tiers of performance.

Compliance by Design

We embed ethical and compliance obligations in supplier and partner agreements, including requirements to comply with applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws across jurisdictions.

Flow-Down Accountability

Suppliers are expected to extend comparable ethical and compliance expectations to their subcontractors and lower-tier vendors, supporting end-to-end accountability.

Procurement & Supplier Governance

Orbit Beyond’s procurement processes are structured to support mission assurance, risk mitigation, and ethical performance across suppliers and partners.

Key personnel in procurement, finance, and compliance receive training to identify potential ethical, legal, and governance risks, including indicators of improper payments, conflicts of interest, or other unethical conduct. Where concerns arise, Orbit Beyond conducts prompt internal reviews and takes appropriate corrective action. Suppliers that fail to meet our standards may be subject to remediation requirements or termination.

Workforce Ethics & Accountability

Orbit Beyond employees are expected to uphold our Guide to Business Conduct at all times. Violations of these standards may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
